To support the growth of Bruton Knowles, we are looking to recruit an additional Talent Specialist. The role is permanent and full-time but we would consider other options. We facilitate hybrid working so you can 'work your way'.
It would be preferential that candidates are within commutable distance of Gloucestershire but it's not essential.The role will report to the HR Director and work alongside the other Talent Specialist with the purpose of delivering the Recruitment Strategy from end to end so high quality candidates are sourced and appointed.The successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination of recruitment where the focus is to truly partner with the Recruiting Managers to understand their resourcing plans and provide a first-class recruit service whilst prioritising and promoting direct hiring.The job will require someone who has experience in internal, agency recruitment and/or headhunting and a proven track record in sourcing high quality candidates ideally in professional services.The candidate will be a strong communicator at all levels, highly proactive and motivated. To deliver the requirements of the role the candidate must be able to utilise all recruitment methods including LI Recruiter, traditional headhunting, job boards, careers page/ATS system etc. KPI driven updates will need to be provided to the HR Director at intervals which will require prioritisation, managing workloads effectively and working to deadlines.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with Recruiting Managers to clarify resourcing requirements and support the full recruitment processSourcing high quality candidates and co-ordinating all aspects of the recruitment processGain approval from the HR Director to initiate the Recruitment Process through a Recruitment RequestSource candidates using CV databases, social media, job boards/ATS systems, LI Recruiter and headhunting methodsCreate and maintain talent pipelinesAdvertise vacancies internally and externally through online job boardsAgree the recruitment campaign/channel and expenditure with the HR Director in advanceAdhere to KPIs and provide regular updates/reports to the HR DirectorMonitor and apply recruiting best practicesSupport supplier reviewsPromote the company reputation, brand and employment offeringWork with the other Talent Specialist and wider HR team to generate ideas for continuous improvement to ensure we are ahead of the curve with recruitment practice and candidate/employee satisfactionQualificationsA background in recruitment partnering/management/coordination.
GCSE in English and Maths C and above or equivalent.
