Our VAT Support team are responsible for driving customer retention and upselling Group products and services, and a position has become available for someone to join the team About the RoleIn this role, your duties would include: Checking Handovers from Sales to make sure all information is correct and clients are put on correct VAT scheme. Following up with internal teams or clients directly to chase outstanding information to progress their application Completing VAT applications via the HMRC website Processing client’s business expenses and adding them on to their VAT returns Creating Weekly/Monthly report for management Setting up Direct Debits to HMRC General administration including maintaining digital customer records and managing in-house ticking system for the department.
