About The Role
The Content & Editorial Associate, based in the London office as part of the Corporate Marketing team supports the creation and enhancement of marketing and thought leadership content across the Europe, Middle East and Africa ("EMEA") region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content & Editorial EMEA and collaborating closely with the global Content & Editorial team, this role works closely with colleagues across business units, to develop, draft, edit and produce high-quality content for the corporate website, marketing channels and key content-focused events.
They will manage a portfolio of expert profiles; success stories; service, industry and buyer group pages; articles and reports across the EMEA region. Working with segment and regional teams they will draft, proofread and edit content prior to publication, ensuring not only that editorial standards are met, but that all materials are high-quality, client-focused and demonstrate our expertise and market insight. In addition they will support segment and regional teams on content-focused events with drafting and editing event brochures and communications content, including invites and webpages.
This role offers the opportunity to shape high-impact, client-focused content that showcases our expertise and market insight across the EMEA region, while collaborating with colleagues to strengthen our brand voice and thought leadership presence. The ideal candidate will have outstanding writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail and experience working collaboratively and effectively across teams and countries.
What You'll Do
* Assist Senior Manager, Content & Editorial EMEA to identify topics and themes, draft and edit EMEA-focused marketing content and thought leadership.
* Uphold editorial and brand standards to ensure consistency, clarity and quality across all EMEA marketing content and thought leadership.
* Manage stakeholder input and feedback processes to produce clear, timely and impactful marketing content and thought leadership.
* Contribute to Content & Editorial global support of major cross-segment content initiatives.
* Collaborate with the FTI Digital Marketing, Web and Social Media teams to maximise local and regional impact, balancing global messaging with local client needs, translation accuracy and content governance.
* Support the EMEA region while remaining flexible to provide coverage for other regions as needed, particularly during any Content & Editorial team absences or peak periods.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing editorial best practices and supporting performance insights.
* Additional responsibilities and projects as needed.

What You Will Need To Succeed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with very strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Associated Press ("AP") style or comparable editorial standards.
* Experience monitoring and implementing workflow processes, preferably experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
* Awareness of evolving brand, editorial and publishing guidelines.
* Understanding of global business trends, including regulatory, economic and technological developments.
* Project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across a variety of teams and locations.
* Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, with a drive to contribute new ideas and act on them.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Eloqua and Knack (or equivalent).
Basic Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, public relations or English is preferred.
* 1 years' experience in a marketing or publishing role, preferably at a business publication, law firm or consultancy.
