Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Kitchen Designer, based in Sheffield. The primary responsibilities include designing functional and visually appealing kitchen spaces tailored to customer preferences and specifications. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert product recommendations, and creating professional design layouts. Additionally, the Kitchen Designer will contribute to achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the design process.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design, with an ability to create detailed and functional layouts
* Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and understanding client needs
* Excellent Communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members
* Experience in Sales and upselling products and services to meet targets
* Knowledge of Cabinetry and materials to provide professional recommendations
* Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience in design software and an understanding of kitchen trends is advantageous
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not required
