Salary: £29,500 to £31,500 Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday

It provides tailored support to help people overcome barriers to work and find sustainable employment. Role Description
Employment Advisers are the front line of the organization. The main purpose of the role is to support unemployed participants in finding and sustaining employment, engage with employers, and raise awareness of the benefits of our service within local communities.
Responsibilities
* Meet with jobseekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment
* Book participants for relevant training courses (customer service, security, hospitality, personal development, IT literacy, and more)
* Assist participants with CV writing and the job application process
* Liaise with employers to identify employment opportunities for jobseekers
* Conduct outreach work to promote the organization within the local community

Demonstrating the ability to build rapport, show empathy, motivate people, and influence their perception of working are key to success in this role.

Qualifications
* Coaching/mentoring experience and persuasion/influencing skills through previous work or social activities
* Experience in a customer‑facing environment (e.g. customer services, hospitality, social care, sales)
* Experience working in a performance‑target‑driven environment
* Willingness to travel locally to meet participants and employers
Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 2 A‑Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
* GCSE English Language at Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
* Alternatively, achievement of a Level 2 Literacy Assessment or relevant international qualifications
