Senior Account Manager – Contemporary Jewellery Brand

Our client, a leading contemporary jewellery brand known for its distinctive design aesthetic and international appeal, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their growing commercial team. This pivotal role will oversee key wholesale accounts across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia, driving sales performance and nurturing long-term partnerships with both established and emerging retail partners.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the global jewellery or luxury fashion landscape, exceptional commercial acumen, and a proven ability to manage and grow international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop key wholesale accounts across the UK, EU, USA, and Asia, ensuring strong sell-through and sustained growth.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the brand’s international presence within leading department stores, concept stores, and online retailers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, agents, and distributors, acting as the main point of contact for all commercial activity.
* Oversee seasonal order books, sales targets, and performance analysis, ensuring alignment with brand and financial objectives.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams including Merchandising, Production, and Marketing to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency across markets.
* Lead market appointments and presentations during key trade shows, fashion weeks, and showroom events.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance to inform strategic decision-making and drive global growth initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in wholesale or account management within the jewellery, accessories, or premium fashion sector.
* Demonstrable success managing multi-region accounts (UK, EU, US, Asia) with an understanding of global retail structures and dynamics.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills with a commercial, results-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the brand in both established and emerging markets.
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, creative environment.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
