Their areas of speciality include biosciences and engineering, driving innovation and improving quality of life.Your new roleYou will be part of a large team of HR professionals and work as a specialist HR Advisor focussing on low volume butplex employee relation cases. Your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Advise, guide, and coach managers to help deliver the vision and mission of the organisation.
2. Provide expert advice and support on employee relations (ER) cases from start to finish.
3. Coach managers on best practices in: contractual matters, effectivemunication, team motivation and development
4. Support the development and continuous improvement of people procedures
5. Manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives to: provide tools, data, and guidance and improve the employee experience
6. Ensure all interactions with employees are fair, process-aligned, and legallypliant.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous in-depth knowledge of employee relations and possess a real passion for working onplex cases through to resolution.
8. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to listen and simplifyplex information.
9. Independent worker: managing and prioritising deadlines and then delivering results and solutions.
10. Confident with systems and data; experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI is a bonus.
11. An ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including customers and colleagues.
12. The ability to thrive in a collaborative and respectful environment.
