About The Job:
With our business experiencing continuous growth, we're excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Experience Advisor to join our Central Claims (First Notification of Loss) Team in Portsmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
13. Delivering exceptional customer service to all new clients and work providers.
14. Ensuring swift and efficient service delivery to insurers and customers.
Duties Include:
15. Engaging with customers and work providers in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring efficient and courteous communication.
16. Coordinating with all sites in the region to guarantee accurate deployment of claims.
17. Updating information in our Bodyshop management system and other online platforms.
18. Managing the customer experience journey, including handling complaints and resolutions.
19. Scheduling customer appointments, arranging vehicle collections and returns, and coordinating with our drivers while managing the transport diary.

Please note: Core working hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:30 – 12:00
