Job Description
1. Lead field operations independently on ground-up projects ranging from $500K-$20M
2. Manage project schedule, site logistics, subcontractors, inspections, and safety compliance
3. Oversee daily site coordination, problem-solving, and subcontractor performance
4. Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and ownership team
5. Conduct daily reports, progress tracking, and site documentation
6. Ensure high-quality workmanship in alignment with company standards
7. Represent the company professionally with clients, owners, and local authorities
8. Drive projects through all phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery

The Successful Applicant
9. Experience as a Lead Superintendent
10. Background managing jobs up to $20M range
11. Wood-frame experience strongly preferred (not required)
12. Ability to maintain schedules, lead subcontractors, and manage site safety independently
13. Strong communication skills and dependable leadership presence on site
14. A team-oriented mindset and desire to be part of a small, reputable firm
