First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected removals company to recruit a Property Surveyor based in South West London. The purpose of this position is to sell our client’s brand to ensure that you are delivering profitable growth for the branch.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales in line with the branch sales and marketing plan in the domestic, commercial, international and insurance areas.
2. Meet and exceed all sales activity conversion, margin and revenue targets on a weekly basis
3. React to leads and enquiries contacting the branch
4. Expected to formulate a suitable removal plan bases on the information obtained from the survey
5. Proactively canvass and call on target accounts as defined by the Branch Manager
6. Account manage existing customers already with the branch
7. Work with the Operations team to establish appropriate service standards and to proactively seek service improvements
8. Build good relationships with customers, offering a full range of customer support and services
9. Provide accurate scoping and costing for moves on Moveware within 14 days
10. Identify and develop target markets via a range of marketing within 14 days
11. Identify and develop target markets via a range of marketing initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager
12. Provide advice on international moves
13. Contribute to Branch Sales strategy and growth as set out by the Branch Manager
Candidate Requirements:
14. Full UK Driving Licence
15. Previous B2C field sales experience preferable
16. Good negotiating and influencing skills
17. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
18. PC literate – Outlook, Word, Excel and Google

Salary: £33,000 – £38,000 Per Annum + Uncapped Commission & Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am – 5:30pm
