Applications are invited for a permanent part-time- 16 hours per week Band 6 Physiotherapist in Cowal Community Hospital.
This post is based in MSK outpatients and will occasionally include ward and A&E in reach.
The post holder will provide specialist theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic outpatients by providing direct patient care and supporting the training and development of physiotherapy staff across the operational unit.
You will also be required to supervise students on clinical placement.
You will have a BSc Physiotherapy or above qualification, with current HCPC registration.
A minimum of 3 years post registration with MSK experience including evidence of a clear understanding of evidence based MSK assessment, treatment and management advice to highly complex clinical presentations.
Evidence of appropriate post graduate MSK learning is desirable to support local orthopaedic pathways.
There are opportunities for training, which can be discussed at interview.
