We are looking for a: QA Technical Administrator The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management of quality administrative functions, QA laboratory document control, QA Labs training matrix, and test document administration, in alignment with the requirements of the Quality Manager, customers, and the business. This position operates under the direction of the Quality Manager. The QA Technical Administrator is expected to meet regularly with the Quality Manager to provide updates on Laboratory QA compliance, training, document control systems, internal audits, and laboratory procurement. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, in accordance with HSE requirements. Work closely with the Quality Manager, acting as a liaison between all relevant departments to coordinate and administer the following for QA Labs: Assist the Quality Manager with compliance monitoring, including preparing monthly compliance reports for the Quality Manager. Manage document control for Batch Release Testing Labs (Analytical, Mechanical, and In-Process Labs), including all documents under LIS/ORG/001, 002, and 003, applicable customer methods and standards, QTR updates, and other relevant documents. This also includes initiating Management of Change Requests (MOCs/MCRs) for in-process labs as required. Oversee document control for training in Batch Release Testing Labs (Analytical, Mechanical, and Wet Lab), including annual re-training and new process training. Track customer compliance test requirements, collaborating with the Lab Manager. Once tests are completed and reviewed by the technical team, update the compliance matrix. Provide additional support to the in-process lab for compiling test reports. Support the Lab Manager in reviewing customer standards and monitoring compliance. Order materials and consumables as required for the testing labs, liaising with Team Leaders to source appropriate chemicals, testing materials, etc., to maintain compliance (e.g., Airbus). Update the document control system for TBRA and PUWER. Create purchase orders for laboratory supplies, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Report monthly to the Quality Manager and arrange monthly meetings with the Lab and Quality Manager to review cost-saving initiatives. Provide administrative support for quality and laboratory-related projects. Conduct multiple internal audits as scheduled by the Quality Manager. Support and manage documentation control for all quality functions. Maintain and update records for all active quality documents. You will bring: Experience : Minimum of 3 years' experience working with QA compliance systems in a laboratory environment. Excellent IT skills.
