Senior Support Worker / Support Worker – Solo 1-Bed Children’s Home | Stable Placement | Level 3 (or in progress) | Immediate Start | No Sponsorship Available Location: [Client location – use platform geo filter] Setting: Solo-bedded children’s home (1 young person in placement) Sector: Children’s Residential Care The Opportunity We’re working with a well-run, values-led children’s residential provider who is looking to add an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker to a solo-bedded home. This is a stable placement with one young person currently in situ, offering consistency, structure, and the chance to genuinely make a difference without the chaos of larger homes. About the Home * 1-bed children’s home * One placement currently in situ * Calm, structured environment * Strong leadership and support * Focus on safeguarding, routine, and relationship-based care This role suits someone who values quality care over quantity and works best in smaller, focused settings. What We’re Looking For Essential: * Experience working in a children’s residential home * Confident supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs * Strong safeguarding awareness * Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team Desirable: * NVQ / Diploma Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent) * Senior experience or readiness to step up * 18 months / 2 years in children’s residential care If you have the right experience but your qualification is in progress or recently completed, we still want to hear from you.
