Overview
Based within one of our clients who we have worked with for over 15 years, the Payroll Administrator will be working as part of a highly motivated and well organised team. You will provide a support service to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
The role is working Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm and is fully office-based.

Responsibilities
- Process timesheets, managing the invoicing in line with agreements.
- Process all payments in an accurate and timely manner, taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
- Provide up to date, accurate and relevant information as and when required.
- Manage reconciliation procedures to ensure that accurate and appropriate records are maintained in order to actively contribute to the pursuit of timely payment.
- Ensure the business is kept up to date with any relevant information or issues pertaining to either invoices and receipts, or payments.
- Feel confident and proficient in discussing any payroll, administration, or tax issues, including dealing with payments queries, addressing tax queries, and amending payments.
- Follow current debt recovery procedures and liaise with relevant parties to ensure the recovery of outstanding debt within reasonable timescales.
Qualifications
- Finance administration experience.
- Excellent numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail when entering data, producing reports and making calculations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work to fixed deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
