About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our local operations and support our exciting plans for continued growth. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the performance of the branch, guiding a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
You will also play a critical role in upholding our commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability, ensuring full compliance with our processes and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and direction to all branch functions, ensuring a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the sales office, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and effective support for the wider commercial team.
* Take full accountability for adherence to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Sustainability requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and a safe working environment.
* Drive branch performance through effective planning, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Prepare reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
* Champion a culture of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus across the branch.
About You
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a commercial, operational, or sales environment.
* Strong understanding of operational processes, with experience managing Quality and Health & Safety compliance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach to improving performance and customer satisfaction.
* Financial and commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets or KPIs.
* A team-oriented leader who can motivate, coach, and develop staff.
