Employment Specialist Location: Workington Salary: £28,383 – £31,683 per annum Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week), fixed term until March 2028 About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our Connect to Work programme. In this role, you’ll support individuals with disabilities or health conditions to move into and sustain meaningful employment using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) model. You’ll manage a caseload of around 25 clients, providing tailored, person-centred support while building strong relationships with local employers to create opportunities.
