What You’ll Be Doing
As the Inclusion Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing and play a pivotal role in implementing and delivering our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. You will lead the Inclusion aspect of our broader Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, managing our seven colleague networks and partnering with senior leaders to integrate inclusive principles throughout the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic inclusion programmes, enhancing the “You Matter” hub, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the development of annual DEI reports and contributing to initiatives that enhance colleague engagement and wellbeing across easyJet.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Inclusion aspect of the broader Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy.
* Manage seven colleague networks and partner with senior leaders to embed inclusive principles across the employee lifecycle.
* Drive strategic inclusion programmes and enhance the “You Matter” hub.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on DEI initiatives.
* Act as a subject matter expert for DEI activities and annual reporting.
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance colleague engagement and wellbeing across easyJet.
Requirements
* Minimum of five years' experience delivering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across global businesses.
* Broad and robust understanding of People Experience, including Wellbeing, Learning, and Engagement.
* Deep expertise in inclusion and wellbeing with the ability to consult and collaborate to unite diverse teams.
* Lived experience of driving inclusion within large operations; ability to leverage knowledge of external markets and legislative changes to enhance easyJet's DEI strategy.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with the People Experience team to build a culture of inclusivity.
Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
