Position Overview
We are looking for a SIA-licensed Duty Manager to support Site Officers, Colleagues and Customers by delivering security and business support services within the region, adhering to the values of loyalty, integrity and service.
Working Hours: 42 hours per week on a 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off rotation. Shifts are 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00.

Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar or supervisory role.
* At least 3 years’ experience in the security guarding sector.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel).
* Ability to achieve vetting to BS7858 standard.
Responsibilities
* Manage all operational colleagues and oversee functions including manned guarding, electronic solutions, key holding, post room, reception, and general business support.
* Liaise and meet with customers and key clients regularly to review and record contract performance, ensuring quality standards and contract retention.
* Manage manning levels for contracted, ad-hoc and special event duties, including recruitment, screening and vetting with Administrators and Central Support.
* Conduct direct visits to ensure the safety and well‑being of customer staff and Corps colleagues.
* Maintain documents required for key holding such as assignment instructions, key receipts, risk assessments, and contact details.
* Be responsible for weekend day patrols, alarm response and unlocks/locks.
* Perform any additional duties as required.
