Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will create an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

* Confident, articulate, and comfortable talking with customers.
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales role.
* Enthusiastic about learning about products and sharing that knowledge.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Retail or customer service experience.
* Comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.
* Can work flexibly, including weekends and peak times based on a rota.

Employment Details
This permanent, part‑time role requires 14 hours of work per week, located at our Kingston Store. You will be flexible to work on 3 days (mainly Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with occasional weekend work for holidays. Keyholder responsibilities include opening and closing the store.
