Court of Protection Solicitor – Birmingham The role We are recruiting for our clients Medical Law team on sensitive and high-profile matters, including Court of Protection cases with a focus on urgent medical treatment decisions. The role also involves advising on mental health and mental capacity issues, deprivation of liberty matters, inquests and judicial reviews, supporting NHS Trusts and other healthcare clients across a wide range of medical law issues.
