Join us at Ragdale Hall Spa as a Receptionist and play a key role in creating seamless and memorable experiences for our guests. Our stunning reception area is a beautiful, inviting place with stunning views and a stately-home feel interior. Its calm and relaxed atmosphere provides both our guests and employees the warmest welcome, with our team greeting guests and checking them in with a smile. Main Duties: (Full Training Provided)
1. Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.
2. Use our computerised hotel system to efficiently process guest details, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Accurately enter billing charges, monitor payments, and ensure that daily takings are balanced.
4. Handle guest queries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring requests are swiftly addressed to guarantee satisfaction.
5. Produce accurate guest accounts upon check-out, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free departure.
6. Adapt your communication style to suit a variety of guest needs, listening actively and resolving issues promptly to provide a personalised experience.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
7. Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
8. GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different situations and guests.
10. A friendly, professional, and approachable manner, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
11. Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
12. Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment.
Hours of Work:
13. 32 hours per week.
Salary:
14. Age 16-17 £8.45
15. Age 18-20 £10.05
16. Age 21+ £12.26
