Program Manager, Issues and Events Management Operations Global Loyalty & Benefits

This role leads the Operational Issue Management function for Global Loyalty and Benefits, part of the Technology Control Management, Process Risk Reduction & Enterprise Platforms (EP) Risk Advisory team, dedicated to driving effective Operational Risk strategies as the Enterprise strengthens risk management programs.
Responsibilities
* Own the Issue Management inventory for Global Loyalty & Benefits and ensure all milestones are met.
* Mitigate the risk of missing timelines and implement processes to ensure escalations are completed ahead of time.
* Track all issues to process standards and secure sign-off from compliance; ensure all necessary steps are captured.
* Elevate documentation quality and advise teams on how to enhance their controls.
* Implement effective resourcing and capacity planning to align team capacity with inventory needs.
* Provide executive reports for stakeholders; ensure clear plans for all issues and alignment with goals, timelines and outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders; manage expectations and communications.
* Champion organizational change; ensure teams are informed, aligned and supported.
* Lead cross-functional teams with accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Think strategically to investigate root causes, problem solve, and implement effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong experience in program or project management in a complex, fast-changing environment.
* Proven success in leading people, particularly through change.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
* Strong business acumen with ability to swiftly understand and synthesize business needs.
* Understanding of operational risk or risk mitigation strategies is a plus.
* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, identify trends and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in Control Management or Operational Risk environment
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in technology project delivery models and agile frameworks to support partner communications
