Job type: 9 months Fixed Term contract
Hours: 25.00 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 days (Monday to Sunday), working between 07:00 and 18:00, supporting 2 separate shifts: 07:00–16:00 Letter Deliveries or 09:00–18:00 Collections/Parcel Deliveries.
Due to operational demand, you will be required to work one in four Sundays at Plymouth City, Breakwater Road, PL9 7XX, working between either 08:00–16:00 or 12:00–19:00.

Responsibilities
Deliver letters, postcards, envelopes, as well as collect parcels and other mail items to customers and businesses, following the route plan, adhering to safety and customer service standards. Operate a mobile van/truck and the associated equipment. Drive between delivery locations and return to the base. Observe Sunday and public holiday requirements. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver both regular and bulk items.

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35‑40 hours per week are listed as full‑time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part‑time in the employment contract.
