Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate functions
This role will be covering for an HR Adviser role. It carries a generalist remit with a key focus on Employee relations, coaching and guiding managers with less complex cases. The successful candidate will work from the office and collaborate closely with a 3‑person site‑based HR team, while also being supported by subject‑matter experts in L&D, Recruitment and Reward—all of whom are based at the Hemel site.
The role offers opportunities to contribute to wider company HR projects. The team is welcoming, informal and HR is well respected within the organisation.

Base pay range
Salary up to £40,000 (annual equivalent).
