This is a rare opportunity to lead a Transformation Project for one of the leading brands in the region. Your background will be either a Management Consultant engaging with aesthetics clinics or Snr Operations Executive with experience in leading commercial operations for reputable aesthetics clinics brands, ideally with some exposure to the Middle East.
As the Transformation Project Director, you will evaluate the operational excellence and overall performance/profitability of the brunches and propose a Transformation Programme. This key role involves strategic audit of all functions, including pricing, marketing, patient care delivery, clinical functions etc.
This is a fixed contract (6 months) initially, with a view to become a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust operational turn-around strategy aligned with organizational goals and financial targets.
* Evaluate the operational excellence and overall performance/profitability of the brunches
* Strategic audit of all functions, including pricing, marketing, patient care delivery, clinical functions etc.
* Design Transformation Programme to streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.
* Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure seamless integration of operational functions across the organization.
Key Requirements:
* Able and willing to be based in the UAE
* Able and willing to engage in a fixed (6 month) contract initially with a view to go permanent
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, including 5+ years in aesthetics clinics.
* Or a Director level Management Consultant with extensive aesthetics clinics engagements
* In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements.
* Proven ability to create and execute strategic plans that drive efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate dynamic teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Data-driven decision-making skills and experience managing complex organizations.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
