What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients Managing leads generated through the agency’s network and client database Identifying cross-selling opportunities for protection products Ensuring clients receive comprehensive, compliant, and tailored financial solutions Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to regulatory standards Building and developing relationships with internal and external partners Driving the growth of the financial services division through proactive business development What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential Proven experience as a Mortgage or Financial Advisor Strong knowledge of mortgage markets and products Skilled in cross-selling protection and insurance solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Professional, articulate, and well-presented Highly motivated with a proven sales track record Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle What's In It For You?
