This is a unique opportunity to open and shape a new home from the very beginning supporting children with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, ADHD, and Mental Health needs in a positive and nurturing environment. Leading the home to meet and exceed the highest care standards ? Creating a nurturing, engaging and therapeutic setting for young people ? Developing independence and life skills in children with LD and neurodiverse needs ? Working closely with HR and senior management to ensure outstanding service ? Building a safe, open culture where children feel heard and supported ? Managing the team with a focus on growth, wellbeing and performance ? Upholding all relevant regulations and quality standards The ideal Registered Manager will have: ? A minimum of 3 years experience in childrens residential care ? Experience working with children with LD, autism, ADHD or mental health needs ? A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) ? A track record of motivating and developing staff ? Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills ? A strong understanding of relevant regulations and safeguarding practices ?
