Role: Senior Business Analyst (Temenos T24 -TPH)
Client Domain : Core Banking
Location: London, UK
Duration : 1 Year Fixed Term.
3 Days Work from Office. (Hybrid)

1. Role Summary
1. Securities & Wealth Functional Leadership
* Own and drive end‑to‑end securities and private wealth workflows, including:
* Front‑office order capture and order management
* Order execution lifecycle
* Back‑office settlement and reconciliation
* Corporate Actions processing (mandatory and voluntary events)
* Provide functional leadership for Temenos T24 Wealth implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory needs.
2. Temenos T24 / Transact Expertise
* Act as functional SME for T24 modules including:
* Wealth / Securities
* Payments (Funds Transfer, Standing Orders)
* Money Market
* Lending
* Lead functional assessments for legacy‑to‑new architecture transitions, including migration to TPH and AA frameworks within T24.
* Support platform modernization initiatives involving API‑based integrations and decommissioning of legacy message formats.
3. Business Analysis & Solution Design
* Conduct discovery and gap‑analysis workshops with business and operations teams to assess upgrade, migration, or transformation scope.
* Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs for development and testing teams.
* Ensure proposed solutions align with Temenos product capabilities, identifying product gaps and defining workarounds or extensions where required.
4. Data, Reporting & Downstream Integration
* Define and validate integration requirements between T24 Wealth and downstream systems including:
* Reporting and analytics platforms
* Data lakes and regulatory reporting solutions
* Contribute to proof‑of‑concept initiatives for data and reporting modernization, including Temenos Data Lake evaluations.
5. Delivery & Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary functional interface between:
* Client business users
* Product vendors (Temenos)
* Technical, testing, and offshore delivery teams
* Lead or support multi‑location teams, ensuring functional quality, timely delivery, and reduced turnaround for enhancements.
* Support large‑scale portfolio migrations, including onboarding newly acquired wealth portfolios onto T24 platforms.
6. Programme & Implementation Leadership
* Perform senior roles such as:
* Business Solution Lead
* Discovery Lead
* Payment / Wealth Functional Lead
* Support full lifecycle delivery across implementation, upgrade, migration, and BAU enhancement programs for tier‑1 and international banks.
Key Qualities for Success
* Banking-Specific Expertise: Experience in large-scale CBS implementations specifically Temenos T24 expertise with deep understanding of Securities & Wealth Management.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders within banking environments.
* Leadership and Mentorship: Proven ability to lead business meetings and workshops in fast-paced, high-stakes projects.

Qualifications
Mandatory Experience
* 15+ years of Banking IT / Core Banking experience with strong focus on Temenos T24 / Transact
* Extensive experience in Private Wealth Management and Securities domain
* Proven track record across global banking engagements (Europe, UK region)
Functional Expertise
* Securities front‑to‑back lifecycle
* Corporate Actions processing

* Legacy to modern architecture migrations (TPH, AA)
