Your Role
As Financial Controller (reporting directly to the Director of Finance), you will play a pivotal role in leading all financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insight to drive ongoing success. You'll work closely with the General Manager and department heads, making this a true business partnership role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the finance team onsite, fostering a high-performance culture
* Oversee all day-to-day financial operations including payroll, income audits, accounts payable, and month-end close
* Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with a focus on cost control and growth
* Ensure robust financial policies, systems, and compliance with regulatory standards
* Provide insightful reporting and guidance to inform business strategy
* Evaluate supplier contracts and manage hotel-wide financial obligations
* Support internal audit processes and maintain high standards of accuracy and transparency
