We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Deputy SENCO to support pupils with special educational needs. The Deputy SENCO will fully support the SENCO by assuming responsibility for a caseload of EHCP students, undertaking reviews, parent/carer evenings and supporting teaching staff with the implementation of inclusion strategies. The role involves line managing members of the TA team and leading the transition of SEN students, tracking progress throughout their time at Cowes Enterprise College.
The role is based on working 37 hours per week, term time plus 4 weeks (42 working weeks per year).
