We’re recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for one of the South Coast’s most ambitious residential developments — a 1,500‑home masterplan complete with a new school, community centre, and extensive green space. Essential experience

Strong background with a large national or regional housebuilder

Proven track record managing high‑volume, multi‑phase residential developments
*
Experience overseeing complex infrastructure and community‑led schemes
*
Confident running commercial functions on large‑scale sites from procurement through to final accounts
*
Ability to work full‑time on site at Arundel (no hybrid/remote options)
