Responsibilities
* Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with medication and health needs
* Help with food preparation and light domestic tasks
* Drive between clients (UK or international licence + own car required)
Requirements & Qualifications
* Kind-hearted, reliable, and compassionate attitude with a willingness to make a real difference in the community
* Supportive, patient, and flexible approach
* Full enhanced DBS check completed
* Access to a UK or international driving licence and own car (for client visits)
* Willingness to follow a structured two-week rota (including every other weekend)
Pay, Benefits & Work Patterns
* £14.12 per hour weekdays | £14.68 per hour weekends (includes rolled-up holiday pay)
* Flexible hours - part-time or full-time to suit you
* PM shift: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
* Mileage & travel pay - 25p per mile + paid waiting time (up to 29 mins at NMW)
* Enhanced DBS & Social Care Wales registration fee paid
* Blue Light Card (saving you £70+)
* Paid for full visits - not just contact time; full paid visits

* 5-day induction training (paid after working 100 hours) + ongoing support; Regular work
