Role Overview
The General Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profitability across the dealership. You will lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve strategic goals and ensure high guest satisfaction.
You should be an ambitious and confident individual with a proven track record in automotive sales management, ideally with at least 2 years in a similar role. Strong computer skills, organizational ability, and a full UK driving license are essential.
