Paying up to £70k + Benefits + Parking Our client is a growing, manufacturing-led organisation seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts. This is a commercially focused role, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, account expansion and long-term value.
THE JOB
As Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for owning account strategy, developing strong senior-level relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. Working cross-functionally, the Sales Account Manager will ensure commercial objectives are achieved while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients.
Manage and grow strategic client accounts to meet revenue and growth targets
Develop and deliver account plans focused on retention and expansion
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Identify and convert new opportunities within existing accounts
Own forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contracts
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality client solutions
THE PERSON
Proven experience managing and growing strategic accounts
Strong commercial and consultative sales capability
Confident engaging and influencing at senior/executive level
Results-driven with strong forecasting and pipeline discipline
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is essential
