Job Title: Product Owner – Digital, CRM & Data Strategy

Are you an experienced Product Owner with a passion for digital transformation, CRM excellence, and data-driven decision making? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to own and lead the digital, CRM, and data strategy for a major business unit focused on Away from Home markets.
What you'll do:
* Lead and manage all digital assets related to CRM, including the Salesforce platform.
* Drive digital, CRM, and data strategy that powers go-to-market execution.
* Own key areas like lead generation, website transformation, marketing automation, and data integration.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and data teams to deliver measurable commercial value.
* Report to the Head of Away From Home and influence strategic decisions across the business.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
* Proven track record of owning digital products and CRM systems in complex environments.
* Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate data and digital capabilities into business growth.
* Experience working with B2B or engineering-heavy products is a plus.
