More About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure. You'll work in a lively environment with like-minded individuals, inspiring others to collaborate and excel. Your role involves delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes a positive first impression on members and visitors.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but if you're proactive and self-motivated, our training and development programs will support your success and growth within the company.
Opportunities for career progression include roles such as Placemaker Assistant Manager and Placemaker Manager. We offer ongoing training, including customer service and sales development, webinars, seminars, and cross-skilling opportunities in areas like lifeguarding and swimming instruction.
