Job Title: Machine Operator
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? We are on the lookout for a talented Machine Operator to become a vital part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will operate and manage a variety of machines, including drill presses, shear presses, punch presses, and more. Your expertise will help us maintain a smooth production process while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Operate and handle various machines, including drill presses, shear presses, and punch presses.
* Efficiently utilize torches, overhead cranes, forklifts, CombiLift, and saws.
* Load and unload machines, ensuring products move seamlessly through the process.
* Monitor machine operations to guarantee optimal performance.
* Maintain cleanliness by cleaning quench tanks and organizing your workspace.
* Perform housekeeping and special clean-up duties as assigned.
* Effectively use hand and power tools.
* Lift and move products using an overhead crane.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Capability to stand for 8 hours or more.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in machine operating and metals manufacturing/fabrication.
* Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.

Work Environment
Work in a spacious facility with over 10 buildings, surrounded by heat-treating machines, heavy CNC machinery, forklifts, and cranes. While it can get warm during the summer, our facility is equipped with large garage doors for ventilation and provides free Gatorade to keep you refreshed!
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.51 - $19.51/hr.
