About the Role
Hays Education is currently recruiting Supply Primary Teachers to work across schools in the London Borough of Redbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible work, whether you are looking to gain broader classroom experience, balance familymitments, or transition into new roles.
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You will adapt quickly to different school environments, follow school policies, and maintain high standards of behaviour and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
•Adapt lesson plans and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.
•Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
•Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective learning.
•Assess and monitor pupil progress where required.
What We’re Looking For
•Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
•Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
