As Global Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll:

Develop and lead the global marketing communications strategy across all channels and regions.

Drive brand visibility and engagement through powerful storytelling and consistent, high-impact campaigns.

Collaborate with senior leaders and segment teams to align messaging with business goals.

Manage digital marketing initiatives – including SEO, PPC, social, and content marketing – with data-driven precision.

Oversee PR, media relations, and content creation across international markets.
*
Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of marketing professionals to deliver results and grow with the business.
Essential Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
âś… Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related subject (CIM diploma desirable).
âś… Experience in marketing communications or product management - ideally within a manufacturing, healthcare B2B setting.
âś… Proven ability to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
âś… Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
âś… Confident communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and influencing ability.
âś… A natural leader and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
âś… Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning and progression.
