Job Description:
Provide programmatic and administrative guidance and support for the college’s undergraduate and graduate programs, covering all office management, operational, and academic administrative activities. Minimum Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of standard office software to include Microsoft Office Suite. Considerable knowledge of administrative policies and procedures. Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Demonstrated proofreading skills. Demonstrated ability to perform in a professional manner in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines when completing shared office tasks. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct the work of others. Demonstrated ability providing excellent customer service to a diverse population.Additional Considerations:
