Reporting to the Senior Compliance Coordinator, we are looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator on an initial 1-year fixed term contract. This role offers hybrid/ remote working with working hours of Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 5pm on Fridays. More about your role As a Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone property management platforms. On a daily basis you will work with the Senior Compliance Coordinator to develop and maintain a high level of performance, using available resources to maximise resources. At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment so a basic DBS check is mandatory. More about you The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a customer service role. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel are advantageous. Communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement are essential. Experience & Skills Experience in an administration/ customer service role Experience with MS packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel, A track record of working with databases is preferred thought not essential, Excellent communication skills, Strong stakeholder engagement.
