More About The Team
We are looking to hire a Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Compliance Manager this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
As a Compliance Coordinator, you'll ensure all required compliance documentation is maintained on Touchstone's property management platforms, providing a highly responsive and efficient service, in accordance with client requirements and company policies.
On a daily basis, you will work with the Compliance Manager and client to develop and maintain a high level of performance. You will utilise tools and management platforms provided by the company to maximise operational efficiency.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. This role is 5 days a week on site.
At Places for People, we prioritize our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.
More About You
Compliance experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.

* Customer Service Experience
* Experience analysing and reviewing data
* A proven track record of dealing with stakeholders, ideally contractors or maintenance staff
* Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
