This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced conveyancing environment and is looking to join a supportive and progressive firm with a strong reputation across South Wales. The Role Working closely with experienced fee earners and solicitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a busy residential conveyancing department. The position will involve managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion while delivering a high standard of client care throughout. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting fee earners with a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters Preparing legal documentation and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions Managing files from inception to completion Maintaining accurate case management records Assisting with exchange and completion processes Providing mentoring/support to junior support staff where required The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant within a residential property team Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload Strong communication and client care skills Experience using case management systems A proactive and team-oriented approach Senior-level experience within a conveyancing support role is highly desirable.
