We are seeking Invigilators to oversee examinations on the 15th and 23rd of May. This role is ideal for individuals who are meticulous and possess the ability to manage a structured and secure exam environment. An enhanced DBS on the update service is required for this position.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Ensure a calm environment to conduct examinations, maintaining the integrity and security of the examination process.
* Assist in the setting up of examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment, and examination papers in accordance with strict procedures.
* Explain exam rules to candidates and ensure they are followed.
* Supervise candidates during exams to prevent malpractice and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
* Deal with candidate queries and ensure they are comfortable and properly accommodated for during the exam.
* Collect and securely store exam papers and materials post-examination in accordance with guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Must possess an enhanced DBS check on the update service.
2. Previous experience in an invigilation or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
