We're a reputable and growing lift company seeking a proactive and organised Helpdesk Administrator to support our service operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Logging lift breakdowns promptly and accurately
* Answering customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
* Managing and maintaining the helpdesk inbox
* Monitoring the compliance inbox and taking appropriate action
* Uploading insurance reports to the system in a timely and accurate manner
* Monitoring and updating various client portals to ensure data is current
* Allocating callouts to engineers based on priority and availability
* Managing a dynamic workload and effectively prioritising daily tasks
* Investigating the status of ongoing issues and communicating updates to clients clearly
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a helpdesk, administration or customer service role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
* Experience in a similar industry (e.g., lift, engineering, facilities) is desirable but not essential
