Night Residential Children's Practitioner Level 1 or 2 – Children with Disabilities | 8325 | permanent contract | part-time 25.66 hours per week | £17,743 to £22,646 per annum plus weekend enhancements | Grade E/G | The Den Children’s Home - Norwich

As part of an exciting expansion programme, we are currently establishing a new residential home within Norwich called `The Den`, which will provide holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

`The Den` has the potential to provide a home for two young people or to operate as a sole occupancy home. The Service will have the use of its own vehicle and is also situated in a Norwich suburb which has good bus links as well as being close the rail station in the city. It`s location also means that the children who live there will also have good access to local shops, parks and other conveniently situated leisure facilities such as ten-pin bowling venues, swimming pools and cinemas as well as providing easy access to the Norfolk coast.

We are now recruiting for this exciting new Service and there is the opportunity to become involved at the very outset. We need highly motivated, resilient and positive individuals who possess humour, tenacity and empathy to help children and young people with disabilities to flourish and reach their full potential.

Residential Children’s Practitioner Level 2 – CWD Nights (must hold a level 3 or above in Residential Child Care)
