We are looking for a VP to join our EMEA Securitised Products team in London.
Duties And Responsibilities
* To assist in the origination, structuring and execution of private (on balance sheet) and public securitisations and balance sheet solutions across a broad range of asset classes
* To prepare presentation and marketing materials with significant technical detail,
* To support transaction structuring and execution of private/warehouse and public transactions
* To support in, and to some extent independently lead, the development of analytical tools and the team's models,
* To ensure compliance with all policies and procedures,
* To assist with day-to-day operational tasks of the desk, including management of insiders lists, updating data bases, liaising with compliance and legal, and organising regular internal and external meetings for the business
* To proactively contribute to the overall development of the Securitised Products.
* To ultimately lead transaction execution, rating agency discussions (as appropriate) and internal approvals processes
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
* 4-5 years' securitisation/structured products experience in a front office role
* Good knowledge of securitisation/structured products;
* Strong analytical / modelling and data manipulation skills
* Good commercial awareness and presentation skills;
* Good experience of deal execution (private/ public)
* High attention to detail
* Ability work on presentation/pitch books
* Ability to review legal documentation
* Ability to work independently/self-starter/
* Demonstrate team skills to work with numerous partners (Coverage, DCM, traders, sales, Credit, risk
* Ideally degree in finance/maths/economics or professional qualification in finance/treasury/asset management
