The Role
As a Graduate Planner, youll assist with the full planning process, from early research and site appraisals through to submissions and client liaison. Key responsibilities will include:

Helping to prepare planning applications, supporting statements, and related documentation
*
Conducting policy and site research
*
Assisting with local authority engagement and stakeholder consultations
*
Monitoring and interpreting planning policy changes
*
Working under the direction of senior planners to deliver quality outcomes
About You
You are someone who:
*
Has a degree (or masters) in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI:accredited preferred)
*
Has up to 1 years relevant planning experience (could be via internship or post:graduate work)
*
Strong research, analytical, and report:writing skills
*
Excellent communication and presentation skills
*
Self:motivated, organised, and keen to learn
