Overview
Arcus FM is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for a 1-year FTC. The role involves implementing and improving the Group Integrated Management System, providing assurance, governance, and process improvement to operational and support teams. The candidate will also maintain the internal audit programme.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Quality Assurance Lead Business Partner in managing certifications, accreditations, and registrations to support business growth.
* Deliver the Group IMS strategy through audits and engagement.
* Build strong relationships with certification and registration bodies.
* Assist with RFIs and ensure timely submissions.
* Manage external audits and participate in resolving audit findings.
* Conduct internal audits as per the Audit Programmes.
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
* Rebrand documentation and maintain quality control over company documents.
* Maintain and upload documents to the company libraries.
* Support HSQE objectives and strategy with the Quality Assurance Manager.
* Stay updated with legislation, best practices, and CPD.
* Drive continual process improvements within HSQE, operational, and support teams.
* Create workflows and process documentation to support improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing, quality management, investigations, and data management. Knowledge of the wider HSEQ environment is a plus. Additional requirements include:
* Knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2022 (desirable).
* Recognized auditing qualification (e.g., IRCA, BSI) (desirable).
* Practitioner member of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) (desirable).
* Qualification in process improvement (desirable).
* Experience working in a multi-client environment.
* Understanding of current HSQE regulations across the UK.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
* Experience with internal and external audits.
* Experience creating and maintaining policies and procedures.
* Ability to define, influence, and implement strategy in line with business goals (desirable).
