Change Digital is seeking a Principal Developer to lead the design and delivery of digital solutions for our Edinburgh-based client. This is a hands-on technical role responsible for shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering high-quality software using the latest Microsoft tech stack.
You will work across the full software development lifecycle, influence design decisions, and drive continuous improvement within an agile, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include system design, code reviews, performance tuning, and team leadership.
