Role Overview
You will be a member of the Contract team, responsible for project management of customer orders, including planning, organization, and delivery of projects. The team aims to deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience.
The Project Controller manages projects from inquiry to installation sign-off, develops customer accounts, provides project plans and updates, places orders for materials and services, and manages fitting teams to maximize efficiency.
Essential Skills
* Experience in textiles, window coverings, home furnishings, or similar industries
* Numerate, literate, and eager to learn project management
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders
* Effective time management and organization
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure
Desirable Skills
* Experience with ACE (quotation system) and Google Suite
